Happy New Year!
We've had lots of days off work from Christmas to today. Unfortunately, January 5 life returns to normal, whatever that is.
This is an awesome sunrise.
We had tons of snow the day after Christmas. When I dug Frosty out the snow went up to my knees. The roads were a mess. We went to a musical group "Octapella" on the 26th and enjoyed that. It is Brett Lambourne's group. We didn't know until after we got there. It was a great evening.
Saturday we went up to the Brewer's and some of the roads were still bad. Chris has a really nice salt water fish tank. It looked like they had a nice Christmas.
For New Year's Eve we went to a movie, "High School Musical 3". We thought lots of people would be at the theatre, but we were wrong. One other family and us were at that movie. Maybe because it was the $1 movie. We were going to attend the church 1st night activities but nothing looked that interesting.
New Years Day we took the Christmas decor down. It's always sad to see the holidays leave.
Today we went snowmobiling for two hours with a group. The guide told us to be careful when we start going. I pushed on the throttle and it didn't go any where, so I pushed harder and popped a wheelie. Ralph was on the back and held on tight. He has to be prepared for anything when I'm at the controls. While we were there we saw a couple of moose.
It is an expensive 2 hours, but it is nice to be in the mountains.
